I am an enthusiastic leisure cyclist who loves getting out on my bike in the fresh air and exploring the countryside, be it along the Wild Atlantic Way, the Burren or the Fields of Athenry! I'm here to encourage cyclists of all abilities to participate in organised, social, enjoyable, fun spins in South Galway where the pace will be kept at a controlled and safe pace where nobody gets left behind.
Most enjoyable and refreshing spin in the glorious autumnal weather with blue sky and glorious sunshine throughout, benefitting the mind and body - #SuperSunday
