This is our first Sunday spin. We start our spin from the T & F Hospital and head out left onto the Donaghanie road and at the roundabout take the third exit. We are now on the Deverney road for a short while and at the sharp corner we take the second left downhill onto the Arvalee road. We stay on this lovely country road for approx 4 miles and when we come out to meet the Drumnakilly road, we take left and head back to Omagh. On reaching the roundabout we take the 3rd exit onto the Hospital road and at the next roundabout take the first left and cycle past the high school and take the first left at the next roundabout. We then take the next left onto the Crevenagh road and on reaching the next roundabout we take the first left onto the Cranny road. This brings us to the Donaghanie road and we take the left turn and head back to the T & F Hospital for another well deserved cuppa.

I'm an enthusiastic leisure cyclist keen to see more people cycling in my area. This is a great way to meet new friends and clear the head, plus have a bit of fun!
What a lovely Sunday afternoon for a cycle. The weather was so still with not a breeze. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of our country roads. Everyone enjoyed the route and the time went by so quickly. Everyone is looking forward to the next one. We enjoyed a socially distanced cuppa and homemade scones.
