This is our first Saturday spin. We start our cycle this morning from the T & F Hospital and head out left onto the Donaghanie Road and at the roundabout take the third exit. We are on the Deverney Road for a short while and at the first sharp corner, we take the second left downhill onto the Arvalee Road. We stay on this lovely country road for approx 4 miles and when we come out to join the Drumnakilly Road. We then take a left and head back to Omagh. On reaching the roundabout we take the 3rd exit onto the Hospital Road and at the next roundabout take the first left. We will cycle past the High School and take the first left at the next roundabout. We then take the next left onto the Crevenagh Road and on reaching the next roundabout we take the first left onto the Cranny Road. This brings us to the Donaghanie Road and we take a left and head back to the T & F Hospital for another well deserved cuppa.

I'm an enthusiastic leisure cyclist keen to see more people cycling in my area. This is a great way to meet new friends and clear the head, plus have a bit of fun!
Very good spin out today on our first Saturday morning. Full ride with 4 new cyclists. Loads of craic along the way and even more when we were having our cuppa. Great bunch of ladies.
