Monday Morning Moves! is a series of short cycles in November. Join one or all of them. November is the perfect time to see the Autumn colours at their most vibrant. Come out and catch them before they are gone.

We head up towards Larkin's Cross on the old back road past the school, cycling straight through the roundabout and out the Taghmon Road. Before we reach Taghmon, we take a right and head over towards the N25. We will cross this when safe to do so and make our way over towards Glynn Village. At the post office in Glynn, we turn up to the right and cycle through Bulgan, Glynn and make our way back to Polehore. We take a right turn here at the junction and continue along this road until we reach Ardcandrisk. We have a choice here, we can either cycle across the small bridge and back up through Ballygoman, or turn right and cycle back up towards Larkin's cross. Our coffee stop today is at Larkin's Cross (coffee stop is 20 mins approximately). We then cycle the short distance back to our start point.

New faces very welcome on all bike rides!

These cycles are at a very leisurely pace so we have ample time to take in our surroundings and enjoy the time outside.

I love my bike! I love adventure, being outside in the fresh air, on the move, all year round. I love how it makes me feel - Alive! I honestly believe the best experiences are shared experiences which is why I decided to register to become a Ride Leader. I want to share the 'Feel Good' with as many people as possible. We will never be as young again as we are now, let's give it a go and see what happens!

What started out a little misty turned out to be a beautiful, fresh, mild morning. Todays bike ride was a great way to start the week. Our route was mainly quiet country roads surrounded by all the Autumn colours. It was fabulous. Thanks everyone for the lovely company on the spin. We had great chats at the coffee stop too!
