This week we head out to the Cookstown Road and across onto the Farmhill Road. At the junction we go straight ahead and continue on this road for about 4 miles. After going downhill and over a bridge we take a right and this road will bring us out onto the Donaghanie Road. We head left for Beragh and in the town we will take a right and head for the A5. We head across the A5 heading for Seskinore and on reaching the town, take a right and head back to Omagh. This is a challenging enough route but we will enjoy a well deserved cuppa on return.

I'm an enthusiastic leisure cyclist keen to see more people cycling in my area. This is a great way to meet new friends and clear the head, plus have a bit of fun!
What a brilliant evening for a cycle. We had a very enjoyable and leisurely cycle tonight. We chatted and enjoyed the countryside. We had a cuppa and biscuits on our return. Was nice to have another new person join us. He had seen it advertised on the television.
