We will then take the first right into the park and follow the riverside path / cycle path to Dodder View Drive. We will continue on the cycle path and after 500m, we will turn left into Fairway's Estate. Coming out on Butterfield Avenue, we will take a right and continue on the R114, in the direction of Firhouse, passing Ballyboden St. Enda's GAA club on the right. At the next major intersection, with Old Bawn Centra on the right, we will continue on the R114, in the direction of Bohernabreena. At the entrance to the Reservoir, we will take a left and cycle to the main viewing point, enjoying the rural landscape.

We will return by the same route, with coffee and a chat on arrival back at the Dropping Well Pub. Even those with the 'cúpla focal' are very welcome. Fáilte romhaibh!

Rothaíocht agus Gaeilge! Tá spéis mhór agam sa rothaíocht agus sa Ghaeilge agus ba bhreá liom daoine a thabhairt le chéile chun sult a bhaint as rothaíocht trí Ghaeilge. Beidh na turais seo ar siúl i nDeisceart agus in Iarthar Bhaile Átha Cliath. Fiú mura bhfuil ach cúpla focal agat, beidh fáilte romhat. I am very interested in cycling and the Irish language and I would like to bring people together to enjoy cycling and Gaeilge. These social cycling trips will be held in South and West Dublin. Even if you only have the 'cúpla focal' you're very welcome to join us!

Bhí turas álainn agam féin agus Christy - an lá go hálainn agus gan néal sa spéis .

We cycled mostly on river side path along by the Dodder and on cycle path from Ráth Fearnáin to Bohernabreena .

Stopamar ag an taiscumar ( reservoir ) and enjoyed refreshments and a comhrá as Gaeilge. The country side looked spectacular . Bhaineamar an taitneamh as an turas.
