Leaving Blessington, we will travel on the R410 for 10km. We then turn left onto the L2023 for 2km before taking another turn left onto the R11 for 6km. On arriving at the L6048, we turn right for 4km and continue on nice quiet back roads. At 28km, we pass the Kildare Christmas Tree Farm which gives us a lovely sight of fields with endless rows of growing Christmas trees! We then continue on quiet roads until we arrive at the N81, cycling for another 8km to arrive back in Blessington. This is an easy going cycle with just a small number of short, sharp hills that aren't too taxing. We will take our time on these small hills.

I am a member of the local cycling club here in Blessington, the Reservoir Cogs. I’m passionate about cycling and all things outdoors mainly because of the area I live in and what it has to offer. I’d like to welcome cyclists of all levels to join me so I can show you our beautiful area and to help you build a level of fitness and enjoyment, to meet new like minded people and of course coffee and cake!
