Starting from the school in Clarinbridge, we travel through Kilcornan and on to Craughwell where we turn left and travel to Oranmore along the hard shoulder. A few gentle hills on this stretch so we’ll have earned our coffee break after 22km at Thomas and Co (beside Tesco) in Oranmore. Don't forget to bring some money for coffee and cake and don’t forget to bring a face mask.
After the coffee stop, we will travel down through Maree returning to Clarinbridge via Ballinamana for a total distance of 33km.

I've been cycling for over 20 years both individually and as part of a cycling club. I've really enjoyed cycling in a group, both the exercise and the social side. I'd like to help others in the locality to get out on their bikes and get that enjoyment as well. Nothing too strenuous and guaranteed to include some decent coffee stops along the way!
Another beautiful day for a spin, although a bit nippy at the start. With the glorious sunshine, the pace was fairly relaxed. Coffee stop on the benches outside Thomas & Co in Oranmore.
Overall stats for the spin:
Distance: 33km
Average Speed: 18 km/hr
Cycling duration: 1 hr 50 mins
Overall duration: 2 hr 40 mins
