This is the start of another 4 weeks cycling for beginners so please feel free to come and join us. No one will be left behind and no one will be too slow. We are all about enjoying the countryside and having a chat along the way. We start our spin this afternoon again, from the T & F Hospital and head out left onto the Donaghanie road and at the roundabout take the third exit. We stay on the Deverney road for approximately 3 miles, then take a right after the bridge onto the Drumeen road and take the next right onto Dryarch road. This will bring us out onto the Donaghanie road and we will take a right and head over the leap bridge and head for home. We will enjoy a socially distanced cuppa on our return.

I'm an enthusiastic leisure cyclist keen to see more people cycling in my area. This is a great way to meet new friends and clear the head, plus have a bit of fun!
Another great wee spin out this afternoon. Weather was dry and no wind so happy days. Eight miles covered and everyone happy and feeling more confident. Cuppa was enjoyed by all.
