We leave Round O & head for Swanlinbar where we will head up a long steady climb through Bally Valley Gap. From here, we have fantastic views of 5 counties and we will also take in Tully Dermot Waterfalls afterwards. We will take a breather at the top of the climb and take in the view. It's then a descent of around 6 miles where you might not even have to pedal, just freewheel and take in the countryside on the way down into the village of Glangevlin. From there, we will head into Blacklion and then home via the Hanging Rock. We will make our coffee stop in the village of Glenfarne.

I have a keen interest in leisure cycling which I have been doing for 12 years. I have taken part in several multi day cycles and sportives, and I would like to encourage other like minded people to experience cycling and the fantastic social side attached to it.
