Our journey will start on the Bleach Road out to Hennaberry's Cross. From there we’ll take the main road to Castlecomer. We’ll take a left turn in Castlecomer and up the hill to Frioda, from which we’ll have a nice spin downhill to Ballyragget where we’ll have a coffee stop. From here we’ll cycle to Freshford going left towards Three Castles where we’ll take a right at the T-junction towards the Ballyragget road. We will continue along this road to Hennaberry's cross and continue along the Bleach road back to our finishing point - the Glendine Inn car park.
Please make sure you wear clothing appropriate to the weather conditions. Also, remember your money for the coffee stop.

Since 2006, I have been a recreational and utility cyclist and I have worked with Kilkenny Cycling Tours. I'm a tutor with southeast cycling safety, KRSP and Cycling Ireland. My aim is to get more people on bikes so they can enjoy the health benefits it has to offer.
There was just three of us that took on this challenge . It was quite hilly but we enjoyed it immensely.
