Initially head for Kiltormer before heading towards Kilimor, turning right and then right again for Tynagh village. We will pass Sperrin Galvanisers and the Tynagh mines before continuing to Gurtymadden and Mullagh. We will then head back to Lawrencetown via Kill or Kiltormer, again depending on legs! There are lots of coffee stops on the route - be it Kilimor, Tynagh, Trina's at the Spinning Wheel in Mullagh or back to our local Pardy's.

As always:

- No helmet, no ride. Wear a Hi-vis jacket. Padded cycling bottoms are recommended.

- Eat a good breakfast and bring lots of water.

- Bring a back-pack with waterproof jacket, lots of top layers, face-masks and an energy snack.

- A few €'s to support local!

I enjoy keeping active and love cycling for leisure. I am involved with our village's "Let's Get Active" group which promotes health, fitness and well-being for all ages in our community and the surrounding areas. It would be great to encourage locals to cycle as it's an easy, healthy and fun way to get out in the fresh air for a break from everyday life 😀.
