This cycle is a challenge which takes in three counties, Kilkenny, Carlow and Laois. Our first stop will be Carlow where we’ll grab a bite to eat and from there we’ll head up the Killeshin hills and continue on to Castlecomer where we’ll have a short stop and then proceed home to Kilkenny. We’ll be aiming to average around 23 kilometres per hour so this ride isn’t aimed at beginners.

Great spin with lovely sunshine and fabulous views around Killeshin .
