About

I've been cycling for almost 20 years and have a lot of experience of road cycling. I initially started in triathlon but now mainly only cycle due to a back injury. I would like to help people get into cycling as it’s a great social sport and a great way to get fit if you commit to it.

A good cycle of about 19 miles, weather was perfect.  I hope both participants enjoyed their cycle and will be back out for another again soon.
