Description

We will meet in the carpark at St. Comgall's Primary School. The route added is not necessarily the one that will be taken on the night, the route will be similar distance but it will depend on wind direction, as we go out into the wind and return with the wind, mostly.  If the wind is relatively light we can go any direction.  Please ensure you have a road bike as mountain bikes are not suitable.

About

I've been cycling for almost 20 years and have a lot of experience of road cycling. I initially started in triathlon but now mainly only cycle due to a back injury. I would like to help people get into cycling as it’s a great social sport and a great way to get fit if you commit to it.

Girls went well tonight. Susan has her road bike out and Nicola is looking at purchasing one very soon. Even though we got a bit wet, we still stopped for coffee and ice cream!
