We start from Lyreacrompane Community Resource Centre, going left towards the Marian Grotto at the Lyreacrompane Junction. We take a left at the junction passing 'The Four Elms Bar' heading towards Renagowan Crossroads towards Knocknagoshal. After the small bridge, we take the first left and there is a bit of a climb to Lyreacrompane Church after which we will pass the old Bord Na Mona Railway. We continue to the next junction, turning left at Lyreacrompane P.O. and over the Smearlagh Bridge and back to the Community Resource Centre.

I became an AXA Community Bike Rides Leader because I am involved with my local community centre and I like to keep fit. I would like to become more involved in my locality and think this would be a good way to meet more people!
