Description

Leaving from 'The Arches Bar & Restaurant' in Mallow, we will head out through Quartertown and Newberry passing the old sugar beet factory, taking the second left for Glantane. We will travel along a quite country road with some lovely views before taking a sharp left at Lower Scarragh. This road will climb for a little while as we travel towards the village of Dromahane where we will stop for a coffee. Leaving Dromahane, we take the R620 past Nazarath House. We will return towards Quartertown and back to 'The Arches Bar'.

About

I joined my local AXA Community Bike Ride group in 2020 and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience of being part of a friendly and sociable community. I became a leader to give back to the group I've gotten so much from. I love being out on the bike, I vary my rides distance and speed to accommodate everyone's level of fitness and bike confidence.

This was my first ride as an AXA Community Bike Rides leader. I really enjoyed it, thanks to all the lovely participants for coming along and to Mark for being the support leader.
