Leisurely cycle to Dooras, turning left towards Eyrecourt via Lisnacody. In Eyrecourt village we'll go right at Tom Hogan's garage for 3km before taking a left to Meelick where we will cross Meelick Weir to Victoria Lough and head on into Banagher for a well deserved coffee break. Returning to Lawerencetown via Clonfert for our finishing coffee in Pardys Shop.

As always:

- Eat a good breakfast and drink lots before spin.

- Bring a back pack with water & energy snacks. If sunny apply and bring suncream. If cool, bring a waterproof jacket and lots of top layers.

-Have a back-up lift in case of a puncture

-Bring a few €'s for a coffee ☕

About

I enjoy keeping active and love cycling for leisure. I am involved with our village's "Let's Get Active" group which promotes health, fitness and well-being for all ages in our community and the surrounding areas. It would be great to encourage locals to cycle as it's an easy, healthy and fun way to get out in the fresh air for a break from everyday life 😀.
