Description

We will leave from The Quay Car Park, heading for Jerpoint Abbey and turning right to take us past Mount Juliet before taking the next left turn onto the Knocktopher road. Having reached Knocktopher, we will turn back for Thomastown, coming back by Jerpoint Abbey and back into The Market Square in Thomastown where we can have a coffee at The Blackberry Cafe. After refreshments, we head back home to get on with the rest of our day. So if you are in need of collecting children from pre-school you will be back in ample time. This is the type of easy going ride to get you back on your bike and to have a little well earned me time.

About

I am a cycling enthusiast and feel it is such a great way to exercise in a leisurely enjoyable pastime. Having experienced being a participant with our Kilkenny group, I felt it would be a great asset to have a local group in Thomastown, which is why I became a leader. I try to vary my rides distance and speed wise to accommodate everyone's level of fitness and bike confidence.
