Leaving Murrintown, we head down in the direction of Baldwinstown and on towards Newhouse and the wind farm before reaching Kilmore Quay. We will have our coffee stop here - 20 mins approx. We then head up out of Kilmore quay and head up towards Kilmore village, heading on in the direction of Ballycogley but turning for Mayglass before we reach it. We make our way up through Loughgunnen and back to Murrintown community centre.
Kilmore quay has public toilets.

I love my bike! I love adventure, being outside in the fresh air, on the move, all year round. I love how it makes me feel - Alive! I honestly believe the best experiences are shared experiences which is why I decided to register to become a Ride Leader. I want to share the 'Feel Good' with as many people as possible. We will never be as young again as we are now, let's give it a go and see what happens!
Beautiful Summers day spin. Huge Shout Out to Des, our very first 'visiting' community bike ride participant. Representing the 'real capital' of Cork, we were delighted you decided to join us today. Our coffee stop beside the sea was a real treat. Thanks everyone for joining the bike ride today, here's to more days like today
