Monday Morning Moves! is a series of short cycles in November. Join one or all of them. November is the perfect time to see the Autumn colours at their most vibrant. Come out and catch them before they are gone.

Leaving Murrintown Community Centre, we turn right and head down in the direction of Baldwinstown. About 3km into our cycle, we take a left hand turn and head over in the direction of Mayglass. We take another left hand turn at Mayglass which takes us onto the Kilmore Road. We turn left here and cycle back for about 1km before turning off to the left again and heading back in the direction of Piercestown. We cycle right through Piercestown and at the roundabout we take another left turn and cycle back up towards Murrintown, stopping in at Johnstown Castle on our way for a very worthwhile coffee (coffee stop approximately 20 mins). We then make our way back up the short distance to the Community Centre at Murrintown where we started.

New faces very welcome on all bike rides!

This cycle will be at a leisurely, easy going pace. It's all about enjoying being outside and having time to take everything in.

I love my bike! I love adventure, being outside in the fresh air, on the move, all year round. I love how it makes me feel - Alive! I honestly believe the best experiences are shared experiences which is why I decided to register to become a Ride Leader. I want to share the 'Feel Good' with as many people as possible. We will never be as young again as we are now, let's give it a go and see what happens!

A blue sky and sunshine cycle for sure. It was 100% fresher today with that temperature drop, without a shadow of a doubt, but we were dressed for it, resulting in a lovely comfortable cycle in the sunshine. We took our coffee stop at the end at Sue's Coffee in Murrintown and took advantage of the lovely newly installed seating by the sculpture. All in all, a lovely way to start the last week of November.
