This is a social cycle, it is for people who are returning to cycling after a long break or who just want to gain a bit more confidence. We will mostly cycle on the towpath, but after a few rides try some quite roads. We will stop half way for a drink/snack (bring your own).
Claire has been a working in Health and Fitness for the past 20 years. Her main remit as a Coach is to help those new to or returning to exercise. Claire is an excellent teacher. She is responsible, approachable and patient. Although always conscious of safety,Claire takes a very relaxed approach to life!
