Setting off from The Quay, we will cross the Market Square and proceed up Station Road to the Gates of Ballylinch, where we will take a right turn and follow this quiet little road to a T junction on the R700. We will turn left here towards Bennettsbridge. Approximately two kilometres out, we will turn right and continue on these small roads through Tullaherin and onto the outskirts of Dungarvan, meeting up with the R448 turning right to return to Thomastown for our cuppa and cake at one of the cafes on Market Square. This is a lovely easy going ride suitable for all abilities.

I am a cycling enthusiast and feel it is such a great way to exercise in a leisurely enjoyable pastime. Having experienced being a participant with our Kilkenny group, I felt it would be a great asset to have a local group in Thomastown, which is why I became a leader. I try to vary my rides distance and speed wise to accommodate everyone's level of fitness and bike confidence.
