This Saturday morning we leave from the T & F Hospital and head out left and at the roundabout we take the third exit onto the Deverney Road. We stay on this road for approximately 3 miles and after we go over the bridge we take the first right onto the Drumeen Road. We stay on this road until it joins the Donaghanie Road and at this point we turn right. We take the next left on a sharp corner onto the Crevenagh Road and stay on this road for approximately one mile. We take a left onto the Tullyrush Road which will bring us out onto the main Doogary Road. At this point we head across the main road and continue on the Tullyrush Road. This road then joins the Seskinore Road and we take a right and head back to Omagh. We again join the Doogary Road and take a right followed by a quick left onto Doogary Avenue. We continue on this road and it brings us back onto the Crevenagh Road, where we turn left and at the roundabout we take the third exit onto the Cranny Road and return to the T & F Hospital for another well deserved cuppa.

I'm an enthusiastic leisure cyclist keen to see more people cycling in my area. This is a great way to meet new friends and clear the head, plus have a bit of fun!
Brilliant job today ladies! It was a very cold and wet cycle. We have increased our miles to 13miles today, so well done. We enjoyed our mulled wine (non alcoholic!) tea/coffee, mince pies & shortbread. It was well deserved.
