This week we leave from the old Tyrone & Fermanagh Hospital which is just before the new hospital on the Donaghanie Road. We will head through the grounds and come out on the Cranny road where we will turn right. On reaching the roundabout we take the first left and head out the Crevenagh road for about two miles. These roads are minor and at some points we will go single file. We will take the second left onto the Camowen road and continue on this road until we come to a crossroads where we take the left. We will go over the leap bridge and stay on the Donaghanie road which will bring us back to where we started. This is a mix of quiet and busy roads where there will be a few small hills. This is a slightly harder route than last week but a very enjoyable one. On return we will have a cuppa!

I'm an enthusiastic leisure cyclist keen to see more people cycling in my area. This is a great way to meet new friends and clear the head, plus have a bit of fun!
We had another lovely spin out this evening. We were lucky with the weather and missed the rain. Everyone enjoyed the route and the craic. We completed just over 6 miles and riders are well chuffed with themselves. We had a lovely cuppa on return and kept our social distance.
