On leaving the community centre, we cross the N17 and head in the direction of Kinlough for 100 meters and then turn right. We will travel on for 4kms with a slight gradual gradient and at the end of this road there is a stop sign. We will turn right and travel 6kms and at the end of this road again, there's a stop sign and we will turn left and continue on for 1km. We will turn right at the crossroads. Continue for 1km approximately and at the crossroads yield to traffic and cross when safe. Continue for 3kms, arriving in the village of Cliffoney. Cross the N17 and head for Mullaghmore (3kms approximately). At the end of this road turn left and travel for .75 km. Then turn left and continue around the head of Mullaghmore, arriving in the village.

We will then have a coffee break (unsure at the moment if toilet facilities available due to Covid). It's 9kms to home! On leaving the village, travel 2kms and turn left and continue for another 4kms. Turning right onto the N17, travel 1.5kms, crossing the bridge and then turning left. Continue for 3kms along the coast road, arriving back at the community cente!

Cycling is my favourite pastime and I enjoy leisurely rides which I find helps me to keep fit and active . I would like to see more people getting on a bike from beginners to experienced riders. Everyone is welcome to join me on my bike rides and with company you won’t feel the KM's slipping by. We’ll also be stopping for coffee and cake. Make it a social occasion and make new friends.
